Use this page to request deletion of your personal data associated with a Lumina account or event participation.

How to request deletion

Email us at info@lumina-events.net with the subject line Data Deletion Request.

Include the following details

  • The email address used for your Lumina account
  • Your full name
  • If applicable, the event name(s) you attended or organized

Verification and timeline

We may ask you to verify ownership of the account before proceeding. We aim to complete deletion requests within 30 days.

What gets deleted

We will delete or anonymize personal data associated with your Lumina account that is under our control, unless we must retain certain records for legal, tax, audit, or security obligations.

Organizer data and event records

If your data was provided by an event organizer, the organizer may be the data controller. In that case, you may also need to contact the organizer directly to remove your data from their systems or records.
